We accept refunds/exchanges only for items damaged in shipping.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange you have to email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
. Damages must be reported within 72 hours of receiving your package in order to process the appropriate claims and send out replacements or issue refunds. If a replacement is not available then we will issue a refund for that return.
No refund or exchange will be issued for items that show signs of use, missing tags, has damage that is not due to shipping, or it's not in its original form.
Once we have received and inspected your return we will send you a confirmation email. If eligible for a replacement we will send the replacement out as quickly as possible. If eligible for a refund we will automatically apply the amount back to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days. Please note it can take several days before your refund is posted in your PayPal or bank account.
If there are shipping fees for your return then you are responsible for paying for them. We recommend shipping your return back with both insurance and a tracking number that way you are protected from the possiblity of loss during shipping and will know when we have received your package.
Please note that returns/exchanges can take up to 7 or more business days.
